At Avelon London, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Conditions
- Returns can only be requested after your order has been delivered.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any applicable international shipping or customs charges.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- You may try on an item to check the fit, but it must not be worn beyond this.
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at info@avelonlondon.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Once your request has been approved, we'll provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Avelon London cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item has been received and verified.
Responsibility
Avelon London is not responsible for parcels that are marked as successfully delivered by the courier to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
