Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Avelon London and to every distance contract and order concluded between Avelon London and the customer.

Before a distance contract is concluded, these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the customer. If this is not reasonably possible, Avelon London will indicate where the Terms & Conditions can be viewed and will provide them free of charge upon request.

Where a distance contract is concluded electronically, these Terms & Conditions may be made available electronically in a way that allows the customer to store them on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, Avelon London will clearly indicate where they can be accessed electronically and will provide them free of charge upon request.

If additional product or service-specific terms also apply, the customer may always rely on the provision that is most favourable to them in the event of conflicting terms.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any invalid provision shall be replaced with one that reflects the original intention as closely as possible.

Article 4 – Offers

Any offer with a limited validity period or subject to specific conditions will be clearly stated.

All offers made by Avelon London are non-binding. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.

Every offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services available. Product descriptions are sufficiently detailed to enable customers to make an informed purchasing decision.

Images displayed on the website are intended to provide a fair representation of the products. However, colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings.

Obvious errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccuracies do not bind Avelon London.

Each offer clearly states:

  • The product price.
  • Any applicable delivery charges.
  • The method by which the contract is concluded.
  • Whether the right of withdrawal applies.
  • Available payment methods.
  • Delivery and fulfilment arrangements.
  • The validity period of the offer, where applicable.
  • The minimum duration of any fixed-term agreement, where relevant.
  • Available sizes, colours, and material specifications where applicable.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and fulfils the applicable conditions.

If the agreement is concluded electronically, Avelon London will promptly confirm receipt of the customer's order by email. Until this confirmation has been sent, the customer may cancel the order.

Avelon London takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect electronic data transfers and ensure a secure online shopping environment. Where electronic payments are made, recognised security measures are used to safeguard payment information.

Avelon London reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, payment issues, or product availability.

No later than the time of delivery, the customer will receive the following information in writing or electronically:

  • Contact details for customer support.
  • Information regarding the right of withdrawal and returns.
  • Details regarding any applicable guarantees.
  • Information relating to payment, delivery, and order fulfilment.
  • Any conditions relating to the termination of ongoing agreements, where applicable.

All agreements are subject to product availability.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

The cooling-off period begins on the day after the customer, or a person designated by the customer, receives the order.

During the cooling-off period, customers should handle the product and its packaging with reasonable care. Products may only be used to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and fit.

If the customer chooses to exercise their right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Avelon London by email within the 30-day period.

Once the withdrawal has been communicated, the customer must return the product within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for providing proof that the returned goods have been sent within the required period, for example by using a tracked postal service.

If the customer fails to notify Avelon London within the cooling-off period or does not return the goods within the required timeframe, the purchase will become final.

Article 7 – Costs in the Event of Withdrawal

If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Avelon London will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method within 14 days, provided the return meets the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

If the returned item has not yet been received, a refund may be processed once satisfactory proof of return shipment has been provided.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where permitted by law.

This may include products that:

  • Have been made to the customer's specifications.
  • Are clearly personalised.
  • Cannot be returned due to their nature.
  • Are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Are subject to financial market fluctuations beyond our control.
  • Consist of sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery.
  • Consist of sealed audio, video, or software products that have been unsealed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal may also be excluded for services where:

  • Performance has begun with the customer's prior consent before the cooling-off period has expired.
  • The service relates to accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure activities provided on a specific date.
  • The service concerns betting, gaming, or lottery activities where applicable.

Article 9 – Pricing

All prices displayed on the Avelon London website are shown in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

During the validity period of an offer, prices will not be increased unless required by changes in applicable tax rates or legal regulations.

Avelon London reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

All prices are subject to typographical or pricing errors. In the event of an obvious mistake, Avelon London reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Where applicable, delivery charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before the customer completes their purchase.

Article 10 – Product Quality and Warranty

Avelon London guarantees that all products supplied comply with the agreement, the product description, and reasonable standards of quality and usability.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact Avelon London within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned products should be sent back in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

Any warranty offered by Avelon London does not affect the customer's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or incorrect care of products are not covered under warranty.

Article 11 – Delivery and Fulfilment

Avelon London aims to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, or severe weather conditions.

If a significant delivery delay occurs, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Should an item become unavailable after an order has been placed, Avelon London reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided.

Article 12 – Duration, Termination and Renewal

Where applicable, agreements entered into for an indefinite period may be terminated by either party in accordance with the agreed notice period.

Fixed-term agreements automatically end upon completion of the agreed period unless otherwise specified.

Any ongoing agreement may be cancelled by the customer in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Where renewal applies, this will always be communicated clearly before any extension takes effect.

If an agreement has a duration exceeding one year, the customer may terminate the agreement after the first year with a notice period of no more than one month, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Article 13 – Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be completed at the time the order is placed.

Avelon London accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date.

If a payment is declined or cannot be successfully processed, Avelon London reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order until payment has been received.

In the event of suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions, Avelon London may request additional verification before processing the order.

Article 14 – Complaints Procedure

At Avelon London, customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you have a complaint regarding your order or our services, please contact us by email at info@avelonlondon.uk as soon as possible.

To help us resolve your enquiry efficiently, please include your order number along with a clear description of the issue.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days of receipt. If additional time is required, we will notify you and keep you informed throughout the process.

Submitting a complaint does not affect any statutory rights available to the customer under applicable law.

Article 15 – Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all agreements between Avelon London and the customer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of our website shall be submitted to the competent courts where required by applicable law.
